Top 1000 words from http://corpus.leeds.ac.uk/frqc/internet-fr.num Description:
This is the top 1000 words as specified by http://corpus.leeds.ac.uk/list.html . However, I did not include most grammatical words, such as je, moi. So the actual list is around 900 words. Some words have multiple cards if the word has various meaning. The words are divided in categories of 100, based on the list, not on the actual number of cards. The cards are presented in this format: Front: the word in French In order to see the IPA symbols properly, you need to install Doulos SIL from http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?item_id=DoulosSIL_download . I welcome any comments or remarks. The next list will be the cards between 1,001 to 2,000. Good Luck Studying! French-Turkish (About 1000 words)Type:

Dictionaries, articles, personnal knowledge Description:
This collection of cards has been made by pokpokpok. I built this collection mostly with the use of dictionaries. I used reverse translations to avoid mistranslations. Don't hesitate to tell me if you find mistakes. The content is partly basic vocabulary (colors, everyday objects,...) but also some more complex vocabulary from news articles. 1001 Most Useful French Words by Marcella Ottolenghi Buxbaum Description:
This deck is primarily composed of a selection of the (generally) more advanced words found in Marcella Ottolenghi Buxbaum's 1001 Most Useful French Words, and 501 French Verbs from Barron's Foreign Language Guides series. It is by no means comprehensive or without its faults. Nevertheless, I hope it will be of use! The file is in XML format.
