Installation instructions:
- Extract the ZIP file.
- Move the 'Sovereign-state_flags' folder into '.mnemosyne/images' directory.
Hence have: .../.mnemosyne/images/Sovereign-state_flags/
- Import the XML file with mnemosyne >> file >> import >> Browse to XML file
